Hi all,            I would like to say some points regarding the usage of GPUs in NANDADEVI. I made a lot of attempts to get started in GPU computing. My primary aim is to do MD simulations using NAMD with the aid of GPUs. And my secondary aim is to try out deeplearning using python (via tensorflow/theano libraries). So first of all, I would like to know if anyone has common interests like that of mine. Since all my attempts went unsuccessful, I request people here to help me out. I will be very grateful if I am able to get started. :)
